The foundation was established with the objective to obtain the approval certificate of the CBF. Besides the board of the foundation there is also a Supervisory Board whose task is to supervise the policy of the Board and the general course of affairs of the Foundation as well as the exercise of those powers and duties set out in this Statute to the Supervisory Board who are assigned .

In this context, the Supervisory Board  may keep this monitored case;

– The realization of the objectives of the Foundation

– The strategy and the risks associated with the activities of the Foundation

– The structure and operation of the internal risk management and control systems

– Financial reporting

– Compliance with laws and regulations

Members of the Supervisory Board:

In the Supervisory Board have taken place people that support mission, familiarity with organizations in the broad sense of the word, have expertise in PR, financial and technical field. From the perspective of the tasks mentioned above are therefore fulfilled the necessary expertise.

At the time of ‘live’ on this website are being held with the three other candidates for the position of member of the Supervisory Board. It is expected that in the coming week the calls are completed and we are the people to the Board of Trustees to add.

This composition of the organization is a transparency achieved while also checking both beforehand and afterwards insert can find.

Besides the Board and Supervisory Board, both unpaid, a business bureau headed by a Director is appointed. The business office will largely become involved in fundraising which will take place on an incidental manner but also on a more prolonged basis (think eg of an annual event where the Foundation comes forward). The business office will consult with the Board and is thereby directly, there is no independent jurisdiction to the business office or its management data.

One of the tasks of the business office will be the long-term planning events, finding sponsors and raising funds in general.
